Join us for a morning Waggy Walk at the beautiful Stoke Woods in Exeter led by Chris from Forestry England.
To help keep both dogs and owners comfortable, this walk will start a little earlier than usual at 9am, allowing us to make the most of the cooler part of the day should warm weather be forecast.
Stoke Woods is one of Exeter’s largest and most loved woodlands, offering a network of shady forest trails, mature broadleaf trees and peaceful woodland scenery right on the edge of the city.
Chris will guide us through the woodland, sharing insights into the management of the forest, its wildlife and the work that goes into caring for this special green space.
Expect woodland trails with some uneven ground, roots and steeper sections, please wear suitable footwear.
