Join Julie and Trish from Devon Loves Dogs, along with Chris from Forestry England, for a fun sociable group dog walk through the beautiful woodland of Stoke Woods.
This walk will also be extra special as we mark Jane Austens 250th Birthday (16th November). Chris will be sharing some fascinating insights into her rich connections with the woodland as we explore.
We’ll set off at 10am from the lower car park, and the walk will last up to 1.5 hours. We’ll be following woodland paths and tracks, so please wear sturdy footwear and dress for the weather and also be aware that parts of the site can be muddy at this time of year.
To make sure everyone enjoys a relaxing outing, please bring no more than two dogs per person.
The walk is free, but booking is essential to secure your space. We can’t wait to see you and your dogs there!
Directions to Stoke Woods Lower car park:
From Exeter – Follow A396 Stoke Rd from the A377 roundabout for about a mile, the turning to the car park is on your right.
