Come and join Julie from Devon Loves Dogs and the site Ranger Matt for a social, guided dog walk as we explore this fantastic new park on the oustskirts of Exeter. We'll be setting off at 10am from the car park. The walk will last 1 to 1.5 hours and will include some steep inclines with great views to match. If you haven't joined us before, walks are very relaxed and great fun for humans and dogs. Find out a bit about why the park is here, who looks after it and the wildlife that lives here while our dogs sniff and explore. Everyone welcome, maximum of 2 dogs per person. Walks are FREE but you will need to book your place. Please email woof@devonlovesdogs.co.uk with your name, number of places required and contact telephone number. We can't wait to meet you!
Directions: Please follow directions carefully as this new park isn't signposted yet and the car park is accessed through the Haldon Reach development which is still being built. The What3Words reference is estate.voices.flames
From the Devon Hotel roundabout at Matford, follow the main road uphill towards Alphington. At the first set of traffic lights turn left into the Bovis Homes Haldon Reach development. Take the first right and drive past the Matford Brook Academy which is still being built. You will have the school development on your right and completed houses on your left. At the end of the houses turn right along the single track lane (I will leave the Devon Loves Dogs sign here) and the car park is just along the lane on the left. Please note the postcode is a guide only and will not take you to the car park
